Navisworks (Intermediate / Working Professional)

Navisworks (Intermediate) is designed for BIM coordinators, engineers, and working professionals who already understand basic Navisworks tools and want to work on live BIM coordination projects. This course focuses on production-level model coordination, clash detection, and issue management workflows used in professional AEC environments.

The training bridges the gap between basic model review and project-ready BIM coordination execution, without entering advanced construction scheduling or cost management.

Candidates who successfully clears (achieving more than 85%) the AEODC evaluation exam post training may be offered an opportunity to work with AEODC on live BIM projects as an Intern and/or Contract basis with possibility of converting to full time.

Freshers may be selected for a structured internship program, where they will collaborate with AEODC’s technical teams and gain hands-on project experience.
Experienced professionals may be considered for contract-based or full-time positions, subject to performance, skill alignment, and project requirements.

All opportunities are performance-driven and aligned with AEODC’s quality standards and business needs

Strengthen BIM Coordination with Advanced Navisworks Workflows

BIM teams rely on advanced coordination workflows to identify clashes, improve constructability, and reduce site-level conflicts. Autodesk Navisworks enables professionals to manage multi-disciplinary model aggregation, rule-based clash detection, and coordination reporting within a single environment.

In this intermediate-level course, learners gain hands-on experience in:

• Advanced model aggregation and file management

• Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP models

• Creation and management of selection sets and search sets

• Rule-based clash detection and clash test configuration

• Clash grouping, prioritization, and status management

• Viewpoints, comments, and issue tracking workflows

• Exporting coordination reports and viewpoints

• Model audit, cleanup, and coordination readiness

• Understanding LOD 300–400 coordination requirements

• Introduction to coordination best practices and standards

Streamline Professional BIM Coordination Workflows with AEODC

At AEODC, the Navisworks Intermediate Course is structured around real project coordination workflows followed by BIM teams. Training emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and effective communication, enabling participants to deliver coordination-ready reports and clash results aligned with office and client standards.

Learners work on project-based coordination models, simulating real architectural, structural, and MEP coordination scenarios commonly encountered in live projects.

Course Outcomes
