Work Sharing

AEODC believes that when a client brings us onboard, we form a special partnership where AEODC is an extension of the client.

Work-sharing is more than just completing the projects assigned – it’s executing the projects exactly how our clients would have, while achieving optimal quality levels. This gives our client the time to focus on the bigger picture, while we take care of all the little details for them.

WORK SHARING MODEL

Work Sharing Solutions: AEO Design Consultants

Our work-sharing model is straightforward and efficient, designed to ensure seamless collaboration. When AEODC is awarded a project, the technical team immediately organizes a Project Kick-Off meeting with the client. This meeting plays a crucial role for both AEODC and the client due to the following reasons:

  • The Project Lead, who serves as the client’s dedicated point of contact throughout the project, is introduced.
  • AEODC and client team members clearly define and document their respective roles and responsibilities.
  • Both parties establish and agree on the mode and frequency of communication to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Key deliverables, along with submission timelines, are finalized during this discussion.
  • The input documents received so far are reviewed, and a list of critical pending information required from the client is shared. Additionally, the team discusses the RFI (Request for Information) process and turnaround times to avoid delays.
  • The AEODC escalation process, along with contact details, is shared with the client team.
  • Quality control measures are thoroughly discussed and mutually agreed upon.

We emphasize conducting these kick-off meetings for every project, regardless of size, as they have consistently proven to reduce turnaround times and maintain the desired quality.

Keeping Clients Updated Throughout the Project Lifecycle

During the project lifecycle, we ensure that clients remain informed about progress at every stage. Regular updates, including RFI and clash coordination reports, are shared whenever necessary. Since adherence to RFI turnaround times significantly impacts project timelines, our team prioritizes timely responses to avoid unnecessary delays.

Seamless Project Handover and Ongoing Support

Once the project reaches successful completion, AEODC hands over all relevant files to the client. We make it clear that our team remains available to assist with implementation whenever required. This continued support fosters trust and ensures smooth project execution even after the formal handover.

The Importance of Client Feedback

At the end of every project, we request honest feedback from our clients. This feedback allows us to identify areas for improvement and strengthen our partnership, ensuring that our work-sharing solutions consistently meet and exceed expectations.

Quality Control

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to AEODC and to achieve that we focus heavily on ‘Quality’.

We follow a rigorous Quality Control process throughout the life cycle of a project to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding Client expectations continually.

Our 3-stage Quality Control process is built-in within the project timeline and is at no extra cost to the Client.

Quality check conducted by Project Lead and Production Team

Quality check conducted by Independent Quality Control Division

Stage 3
