- AEODC and client team members clearly define and document their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Both parties establish and agree on the mode and frequency of communication to maintain smooth project execution.
- Key deliverables, along with submission timelines, are finalized during this discussion.
- The input documents received so far are reviewed, and a list of critical pending information required from the client is shared. Additionally, the team discusses the RFI (Request for Information) process and turnaround times to avoid delays.
- The AEODC escalation process, along with contact details, is shared with the client team.
- Quality control measures are thoroughly discussed and mutually agreed upon.
