4D Construction Simulation

4D Construction Simulation Training is designed for BIM students, freshers, and professionals who want to understand how time (schedule) is integrated with 3D BIM models to simulate real construction workflows. This course bridges the gap between model coordination and project execution by introducing Construction Scheduling with BIM in a structured and practical way.

The program starts with foundational concepts and gradually progresses toward intermediate-level 4D simulation workflows using industry tools such as Navisworks and Primavera (conceptual integration level). It is ideal for learners aiming to upgrade from coordination roles into planning, sequencing, and project simulation domains.

The Candidates who are successful (above 85%) in AEODC evaluation exam at the end of training will be offered to work with AEODC on live BIM projects as a Intern and/or Contract basis with consideration for Full time conversion.

Freshers can be inducted in a structured internship program and will be working with the AEODC’s technical teams to get hands-on project experience. With proven performance, skill set fit experienced professionals can be considered for contractual or full time roles, and project requirements.

All opportunities are performance-driven and aligned with AEODC’s quality standards and business needs.

Build Construction Intelligence with 4D BIM Simulation

In modern AEC workflows, Construction Scheduling with BIM enables project teams to visualize how a project will be built over time. By linking construction schedules with BIM models, stakeholders can simulate sequences, detect planning conflicts, and optimize execution strategies before actual construction begins.

Through this 4D BIM Course Online, learners understand how digital construction simulation improves project planning, coordination, and communication across teams including contractors, planners, and project managers.

In this beginner to intermediate level training, learners gain practical exposure to:

Introduction to 4D Construction Simulation Training concepts and workflows
Understanding 3D vs 4D BIM (time integration fundamentals)
Overview of construction scheduling principles (WBS, activities, timelines)
Importing schedules from tools like Primavera / MS Project (concept + basic workflow)
Linking BIM elements with construction activities
Creating simulation timelines in Navisworks
Understanding task sequencing and construction phasing
Visualizing project execution using time-based simulation
Identifying sequencing conflicts and planning issues
Exporting 4D simulation outputs for presentations and reporting
Introduction to real-world use cases of Construction Scheduling with BIM
