Revit Architecture (Beginner)

Revit Architecture (Beginner) is designed for freshers, students, and professionals who want to build a strong foundation in Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit. This course introduces learners to industry-standard workflows used by architects and BIM professionals worldwide.

Candidates who successfully clears (achieving more than 85%) the AEODC evaluation exam post training may be offered an opportunity to work with AEODC on live BIM projects as an Intern and/or Contract basis with possibility of converting to full time.

Freshers may be selected for a structured internship program, where they will collaborate with AEODC’s technical teams and gain hands-on project experience.
Experienced professionals may be considered for contract-based or full-time positions, subject to performance, skill alignment, and project requirements.

All opportunities are performance-driven and aligned with AEODC’s quality standards and business needs

Build a Strong BIM Foundation with Revit Architecture Fundamentals

Architectural and construction professionals increasingly rely on BIM-based workflows to improve design accuracy, coordination, and project efficiency. Autodesk Revit enables architects to create intelligent parametric models that integrate plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and 3D views within a single coordinated model.

In this beginner course, learners gain practical exposure to:

  • BIM concepts and Revit interface navigation
  • Project setup, levels, grids, and reference planes
  • Creation of architectural elements such as walls, floors, doors, windows, roofs, and stairs
  • Development of floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views
  • Basic annotations, dimensions, tags, and sheets
  • Introduction to materials, visibility controls, and view management
  • Managing views, sheets, and basic schedules
  • Understanding BIM standards and coordination basics

Course Outcomes

By completing the Revit Architecture (Beginner) Training, participants will be able to:

  • Understand BIM workflows used in architectural projects
  • Create accurate 2D drawings and coordinated 3D models
  • Apply parametric modeling principles in Revit
  • Generate basic architectural documentation
  • Build a strong foundation for BIM-based career roles
